Make room for all parts of yourself
Psychodynamic therapy for adults and couples looking to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives. Providing virtual therapy throughout New York State.
You may be here because something just doesn’t feel right
My clients often work hard, do what they feel they’re supposed to do, and still find themselves wondering, “Why doesn’t this feel right?” My approach is about slowing down, becoming curious about what’s beneath the surface, and creating space to understand yourself without judgment or pressure.
Who I work with
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. I often work with people who are functioning well on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating.
I work with adults and couples navigating:
Feeling stuck
You know something isn't working, but you're not sure what needs to change.
Relationships
You're noticing recurring patterns in your relationships or having difficulty feeling understood or connected.
Life transitions
You're navigating changes in work, relationships, identity, or other parts of your life and want space to understand what comes next.
Men's mental health
You may have learned to handle things on your own and are looking for a place where you can be more open and understood.
A desire to understand yourself more deeply
You're interested in looking beyond immediate symptoms to understand the experiences and patterns that shape how you move through the world.
Wholeness
If I had to sum up my approach in one word, I would say wholeness.
We all contain different parts of ourselves, some we readily embrace and others we may have learned to hide, suppress, or push aside. Therapy can be an opportunity to become curious about these different parts and develop a greater capacity to hold them together.
Rather than trying to become someone different, our work can focus on developing a deeper understanding of who you already are.
