Virtual Therapy Offered Throughout NY State

Therapy looks different for everyone. You may know exactly what brought you here, or you may simply feel that something isn't quite right. Wherever you're starting, we can begin there.

My goal is to create a space where you can be open about what you're experiencing without feeling judged or pressured to have all the answers. Together, we'll explore what's happening in your life, the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and the different parts of yourself that shape how you move through the world.

I work with adults, young adults, and couples. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and centered on wholeness, developing a fuller understanding of yourself so you can have greater freedom in how you live, relate, and move forward.

Individual Therapy

Therapy can be a space to slow down and make sense of what you're experiencing. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what comes next, we'll work together to understand what's going on beneath the surface. This might include exploring relationships, patterns, emotions, identity, or experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and others.

I work with both adults and young adults navigating relationships, life transitions, self-understanding, and the challenges that can come with feeling like something isn't quite where you want it to be.

Relationships can bring out some of the best, and most difficult, parts of us. Couples can find themselves caught in patterns of conflict, distance, frustration, or misunderstanding that can be difficult to break on their own.

In couples therapy, we'll slow those patterns down and work to understand what's happening between you. The goal isn't to decide who is right or wrong, but to create more room for understanding, communication, and connection.
